We invite you to our annual Dinner Dance held at The Inn at Longshore on May 10, 2024. The Dinner Dance will feature performances by the Ludlowe and Warde Jazz Ensembles, as well as a silent auction, dinner and dancing! This is the Music Parents Association's largest fundraiser for the year. Profits from this event support all of the Fairfield High School music programs, scholarships and grants. Invitations will be sent out in mid to late March with more information about the event.
The MPA needs your help to collect silent auction donations. We would love to include your services or items from a local business you frequent in the auction. Unique experiences, like a winery tour, vacation stay, tickets to a sporting event, concert, or show, draw tremendous interest. All donations will be included on the Dinner Dance Auction list and on the Individual Bid Sheets. With over 200 attendees at this event, it is a great way to get your business name out there!
Securing a donation as soon as possible will help make this year’s auction a huge success. No item is too big or too small!
Attached is a letter for tax purposes. Please make sure to give a copy of this letter to each donor for their 2024 records.
All donation items will be collected by Gillian Mongirdas. Please text/call Gillian at 617-529-4150, to arrange drop off.
When dropping off items, please indicate the donor's name and donation value. Keeping track of all donations will help us thank the donors as well as assign the appropriate value to each item in the auction.
We greatly appreciate your help with collecting auction items! We would like to receive all donations by April 22, 2024.
